A multi-billion dollar pipeline transporting natural gas to Buenos Aires, Argentina, will soon be fitted with a number of CiBAS C45 units. Originally designed for the harsh and weight-conscious environments offshore, due to the low footprint, extremely low maintenance requirements and modular design. The transferable benefits for onshore installations mean that the units can be transported and installed as a single piece, greatly reducing onsite installation time, and will provide years of maintenance free performance.
The first unit was ordered by Solar Turbines for installation on the exhaust of one of their Mars 100 turbines. An exhaust stack, ladders, platforms, full instrumentation and pneumatic actuation, complete CiTECH’s scope.
