CiTECH have been awarded the order from Samsung Heavy Industries for Two CiBAS C70 WHRU for the NEXUS II FSPO to provide heat to the on-board Oil & Gas Processing System. The CiBAS units are designed to be cold case and to run filled, the units are specified to recover a combined flow rate of 562,000kgs/hr and a total of 45,000kwth through a Water Glycol system from two Solar Titan 130 Gas Turbines.
The units were delivered as required but sadly the construction contract between NEXUS and Samsung was terminated in December 2012 after an 18 month hold in construction. To our knowledge NEXUS II was never completed.
