Muhibbah Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd acquired the business assets, including the Patented Technology of CiTECH Energy Recovery Systems UK Ltd. This acquisition led to the establishment of CiTECH Energy Recovery Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
